Mon, May 13, 2013: YouTube has formed up partnership with a small group of partners to offer paid channels on YouTube with subscription fees starting at US$0.99 (RM2.96) per month and each channel comes with 14-day free trial. After the subscription, users will be able to watch paid channels on computer, phone, tablet and TV. YouTube aims to roll out paid channels program more broadly in the coming weeks as a self-service feature for qualifying partners.
