Paydibs has introduced a new cash-on-delivery solution that integrates payment and shipment workflows into a single system for merchants. The feature allows businesses to manage COD transactions, delivery tracking, and settlements through one unified dashboard.
MALAYSIA, 5 MARCH 2026 – Paydibs Sdn Bhd has launched a new cash-on-delivery (COD) solution designed to streamline payment and fulfilment processes for eCommerce merchants. The new feature integrates payment and shipment workflows into a single system, enabling businesses to manage COD transactions from checkout to delivery within one unified platform.
The rollout will begin through an initial collaboration with Pos Laju as the logistics partner, with plans to expand COD enablement to additional logistics providers in the coming quarter. The expansion aims to offer merchants greater flexibility in delivery options while maintaining a seamless transaction process.
The COD option is now available directly on the Paydibs eCommerce checkout page, allowing merchants to offer “Cash on Delivery – COD” alongside other payment methods such as card payments and online banking. This integrated checkout experience provides customers with greater payment choice while simplifying operations for merchants.
Cash-on-delivery remains a widely used payment method among Malaysian consumers due to the flexibility it offers. However, merchants often face operational challenges when managing COD orders, including manual tracking, fragmented fulfilment processes, and reconciliation difficulties.
With the new feature, merchants can activate COD within their existing Paydibs setup without requiring additional system integration. Through a single dashboard, businesses can manage both digital payments and COD transactions, monitor order status, track delivery progress, and access settlement information in real time.
The solution also enhances operational efficiency by automatically triggering shipment and fulfilment workflows once a COD order is confirmed at checkout. This automation helps simplify order management and reconciliation across the entire transaction lifecycle.
According to Tee Kean Kang, Chief Executive Officer of Paydibs, cash-on-delivery continues to play an important role in Malaysia’s eCommerce ecosystem. He said the company’s goal is to reduce operational complexity for merchants by offering a unified payment-to-shipment workflow that streamlines processes from checkout through fulfilment and reconciliation.
He added that simplifying COD management allows merchants to focus more on business growth while maintaining a reliable and seamless customer experience.
