Malaysia: In a recent study conducted by OpenMinds Resources, a social media strategist with more than 300 participants, randomly sampled and residing in the city of Kuala Lumpur, more than half (65%) of the online survey respondents found buying products and services online. The study also shows credit card is still the preferred payment method used for online purchase (58%), followed by cash on delivery (30%) and bank transfer (28%).
