Moomoo Singapore has opened its third physical boutique in Bugis and introduced Moo Academy, a dedicated financial education hub aimed at strengthening investor literacy. The company also signed a strategic partnership with the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) to expand investor education initiatives and engagement with retail investors.
SINGAPORE, 9 MARCH 2026 – Moomoo Singapore has opened its third physical boutique in Singapore, located in Bugis, while unveiling Moo Academy, a dedicated financial education hub designed to meet the growing demand for structured investor learning.
The new boutique builds on the company’s earlier physical locations at 313@Somerset and Jem, which have attracted a steady flow of visitors seeking guidance on the moomoo platform and opportunities to deepen their understanding of investing. With the Bugis opening, Moomoo Singapore aims to further transform its physical presence into a learning ecosystem for investors at different stages of their financial journey.
According to Jeyson Ng, CEO-Designate of Moomoo Singapore, the expansion reflects rising interest among retail investors seeking more meaningful ways to engage with financial markets. He noted that the physical boutiques complement the firm’s digital platform by offering investors a space to learn, ask questions, and build confidence as they navigate increasingly complex global markets.
At the centre of the Bugis location is Moo Academy, a structured investor education programme designed to formalise and scale Moomoo Singapore’s ongoing efforts in promoting financial literacy.
To strengthen these efforts, Moomoo Singapore has also signed a strategic partnership agreement with the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) (SIAS). The collaboration aims to broaden outreach to retail investors through investment literacy programmes, educational workshops, and community engagement initiatives.
Under the partnership, selected SIAS-led educational programmes may be hosted at the Bugis hub as part of Moo Academy’s programming. The initiative is expected to create new opportunities for retail investors to access structured learning and connect more closely with the investment community.
Ang Hao Yao, Vice President of SIAS, said the collaboration would help expand the organisation’s outreach and provide more platforms for investors to deepen their understanding of financial markets, supporting the development of a more knowledgeable and confident investor base.
The initiative also aligns with broader industry efforts to strengthen investor engagement within Singapore’s capital markets ecosystem. Ng Yao Loong, Head of Equities at SGX Group, noted that collaborations between industry stakeholders play an important role in building an informed and engaged investor community. He added that experiential and practical engagement methods are increasingly important for bringing investment concepts to life.
Since its inception, Moomoo Singapore has placed strong emphasis on investor education through a range of initiatives, including investor festivals, thematic summits, expert-led workshops, online courses, and market insights.
As its investor community continues to grow, the company is extending these efforts beyond education to facilitate deeper engagement between retail investors, listed companies, and industry stakeholders. By doing so, Moomoo Singapore aims to strengthen connections between companies and retail investors while enhancing awareness of Singapore-listed businesses and improving market discovery.
Leveraging its large and active investor community, the company seeks to position itself as a connector within Singapore’s capital markets ecosystem, bridging companies, investors, and other stakeholders to support a more informed and participatory investment landscape.
