European Wellness Biomedical Group and QBeep Intelligent Systems have launched the SmartMFDealers mobile app, enhancing the digital infrastructure for EWBG’s global health, beauty, and wellness solutions. The app offers an innovative platform for exclusive dealers and distributors, with a global rollout planned following its initial launch in Malaysia.
18 June 2024 – European Wellness Biomedical Group (EWBG) and QBeep Intelligent Systems Sdn Bhd (QBeep) have launched their groundbreaking “SmartMFDealers” (SMFD) mobile application, marking a significant advancement in the global health, beauty, and wellness industry. This strategic partnership aims to meet the rising global demand for holistic health products and adapt to the rapidly evolving digital landscape. The SMFD app enhances EWBG’s digital infrastructure by offering an innovative platform for its exclusive dealers and distributors.
Revolutionizing Dealer Experience
The SMFD app provides a seamless user experience for browsing products across all EWBG-affiliated brands, including MF3, MF Plus, and LABRMS. Users can access detailed product information through videos and e-brochures and enjoy a streamlined ordering, payment, and monitoring process from anywhere in the world. Future updates are set to introduce world-first features that will further innovate the mobile app.
The development of the SMFD app began in February 2024, when EWBG, through its subsidiary EW Global (EWG), awarded a five-year contract to QBeep for the app’s development and maintenance.
Launch Event in Kota Kinabalu
The official launch and Go-Live ceremony took place at the European Wellness Centre in scenic Kota Kinabalu. The event was attended by leaders, scientists, doctors, engineers, and key stakeholders from both companies, symbolizing a collaborative effort to revolutionize the digital health and wellness sector. Notable attendees included EWBG’s Chairman, Prof. Dato’ Sri Dr. Mike Chan, members of the Medical Advisory Board, and EWG’s Director, Alvin Pang. Representing QBeep were CEO Francis Chung, Shareholder Prof. Dato’ Sri Dr. Michelle Wong, CTO Dr. Brendan Khoo, and Project Specialist Manager Soon Peei Yeek.
Innovative Milestone
“We are setting a new milestone in the biomedical sector as a whole,” stated Prof. Dato’ Sri Dr. Mike Chan, a pioneer in regenerative medicine and stem cell research since the 1980s. The SMFD app signifies another step towards innovation, driven by Dr. Chan’s visionary leadership.
The SMFD app will be available on Google Play and the Apple Store in Malaysia starting June 2024, with global availability to follow in the coming months.
