Wed, Jul 3, 2013: The Federal Commercial Crimes Investigation Department (CCID) director Comm Datuk Wira Syed Ismail Syed Azizan shared the number of cyber-crime cases dropped to 942 cases in 2012 from 2,397 cases in 2009, The Star reported. However, the losses due to cyber-crime in the country are still a staggering RM47.5 million, Comm Syed Ismail added during his speech at the Second National Hotel Security Conference organized by the Malaysian Association of Hotels.
