SINGAPORE, 14 APRIL 2026 – WPS 365 used GITEX ASIA 2026 in Singapore to showcase its AI-powered collaborative office platform and strengthen its regional B2B expansion strategy. The company is targeting growing demand in APAC for compliant, cost-effective and intelligent workplace solutions.

WPS 365 recently showcased its all-in-one AI-powered collaborative office solution at GITEX ASIA 2026, as part of a broader effort to expand its B2B footprint across the Asia-Pacific region.

Held in Singapore, GITEX ASIA 2026 attracted nearly 1,000 global technology companies. WPS 365 drew strong interest from enterprises and government agencies for its full document compatibility, flexible deployment options, cost efficiency and secure AI capabilities.

As digital transformation accelerates across APAC, organisations are increasingly looking for integrated office platforms that can support collaboration, compliance and AI-driven productivity. According to WPS, the platform is designed to serve as an “Enterprise Brain” by understanding corporate data, organisational workflows and business operations.

Zhiqiang Jiang, Senior Vice President at WPS, said WPS 365 combines interoperability, deployment flexibility, affordability and advanced AI features to help businesses accelerate digital transformation while lowering costs.

A key differentiator for WPS 365 is its proprietary Knowledge-Augmented Generation (KAG) architecture, which enables AI-powered information retrieval and content generation based on enterprises’ private document repositories. The system supports permission-based access controls and provides traceable, source-linked outputs to reduce compliance and decision-making risks associated with AI hallucinations.

The platform is also designed to support APAC organisations navigating increasingly strict data residency and regulatory requirements. WPS 365 offers compatibility with major international document formats, allowing low-friction migration, and supports public, hybrid and private cloud deployment models to meet different data sovereignty needs.

As part of its regional expansion, WPS 365 is pursuing three core B2B strategies: building a stronger local channel partner network, deepening cloud ecosystem integrations, and delivering customised digital transformation support for enterprises.

The company has already formed strategic partnerships with Huawei Cloud, Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud to better align its platform with local infrastructure and regulatory needs.

WPS aims to move beyond standalone software sales by enabling regional distributors and partners to co-create full-stack enterprise solutions, supporting the development of a broader B2B service network across APAC.

The company said its long-term market position is supported by nearly four decades of technology experience, a large global user base and strong investment in product innovation.

As of the end of 2025, WPS Office had more than 678 million monthly active devices globally across more than 220 countries and regions. Its mobile applications support 46 languages, while 66% of WPS’ workforce is dedicated to research and development.

WPS already serves regional clients including Thailand Post, Erajaya Group and VNG Games, strengthening its localisation credentials in the region.
