WorldPay launches its mobile version payment page
WorldPay, the global leader in payment processing, risk and alternative payments launched its Mobile Payment Pages, a mobile version of Hosted Payment Pages which is designed to provide the perfect mix of optimisation and secure, easy-to-use payment processes for mobile devices.
Besides supporting 3D Secure services (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) as one of its security measures, Worldpay’s Mobile Payment Pages comes with Mobile Device Identification that enabling the merchants able to know the consumers’ device information such as operating system used, the device resolution and browser as well as a mobile flag built to detect if a mobile device has been used for the transaction.
According to the Global Online Shopper report commissioned by WorldPay, 23% of consumers are put off shopping on a smart phone if the site is not optimised for the device.
