WEKA and Glocomp Systems (M) Sdn. Bhd. have partnered to deliver a fully integrated AI infrastructure solution in Malaysia. The collaboration introduces a turnkey AI Starter Pack designed to reduce deployment timelines to as little as two weeks.

MALAYSIA, 6 MAY 2026 – WEKA has announced a strategic partnership with Glocomp Systems (M) Sdn. Bhd., appointing the latter as its exclusive end-to-end AI infrastructure partner in Malaysia. The collaboration combines WEKA’s NeuralMesh storage and memory system with NVIDIA accelerated computing to deliver a fully integrated, locally supported AI stack to enterprises nationwide.

The partnership builds on recent developments including the launch of WEKA’s NeuralMesh AI Data Platform and broader sovereign AI initiatives, translating global advancements into locally deployable solutions. As Malaysian organisations across financial services, government, and research sectors accelerate AI adoption, challenges such as GPU underutilisation, complex multi-vendor integration, and data sovereignty requirements continue to persist.

At the core of the collaboration is the Malaysia AI Starter Pack, a turnkey and pre-validated AI reference architecture jointly developed by both companies. The solution integrates NVIDIA’s accelerated computing and networking capabilities with WEKA’s NeuralMesh storage into a unified platform, enabling organisations to deploy AI infrastructure in as little as two weeks—significantly faster than traditional timelines.

The Starter Pack is designed with scalability in mind, allowing enterprises to begin with smaller deployments and expand as their AI workloads grow. It also addresses key operational challenges by maximising GPU utilisation, simplifying infrastructure deployment under a single integrated solution, and ensuring compliance with local data sovereignty requirements through in-country deployment and support.

Glocomp will provide end-to-end services, including pre-sales consultation, system integration, and post-deployment support, leveraging its ecosystem of over 150 resellers and system integrators across Malaysia. This extensive network enables broad accessibility for enterprises, including those in regulated industries and the public sector.

According to Nilesh Patel, Chief Strategy Officer of WEKA, the partnership aims to equip Malaysian organisations with a scalable and locally supported AI foundation to remain competitive in an increasingly AI-driven landscape. Meanwhile, Joseph Giam, Managing Director of Glocomp, highlighted that the integrated solution eliminates the complexity of assembling multiple components, offering customers a streamlined path to AI deployment.

The collaboration comes as Malaysia intensifies its push to become a regional hub for AI and digital infrastructure. By combining global technology expertise with strong local execution capabilities, both companies aim to help enterprises transition from AI experimentation to full-scale production with greater speed and confidence.
