Terry KS vivo has launched the X300 FE in Singapore, a lightweight flagship smartphone featuring a ZEISS co-engineered camera system, the new Telephoto Extender Gen 2 capable of reaching 200mm equivalent focal length, and a powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, all packed into a slim 191g body. SINGAPORE, 27 MAY 2026 – vivo has officially launched the X300 FE in Singapore, positioning it as a compact flagship built for urban photographers and power users who refuse to compromise on imaging performance or portability.
At the heart of the X300 FE is the vivo ZEISS Co-engineered Imaging System, comprising a 50 MP ZEISS Super Telephoto Camera, a 50 MP ZEISS Main Camera, and a 110-degree Ultra-Wide Low-Distortion Camera. A standout debut for the FE series is the vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2, which extends reach to a 200mm equivalent focal length through a compact Kepler-based optical architecture housing 15 high-transmittance glass elements. The extender has also been significantly lightened, dropping from 210g to 153g compared to its predecessor, making it far more practical for everyday carry to concerts, sporting events and travel.
The imaging experience is further elevated by the AI True Clarity Engine, which combines NICE 3.0 Optical Reconstruction, MAGIC 2.0 Image Restoration and Magic Cloud to improve detail and texture across challenging shooting conditions. Dedicated shooting modes enhance the creative toolkit, with Stage Mode optimised for live events using telephoto hardware and Telephoto Magic 2.0 algorithm tuning, while Street Photography Mode captures authentic, unpolished moments by preserving natural grain, subtle motion blur and ambient light. For videographers, the X300 FE supports 4K at 60fps and 120fps, as well as 8K at 30fps.
Beyond imaging, the X300 FE is designed for all-day endurance and sustained performance. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 platform and houses a 6,500 mAh BlueVolt Battery supported by 90W FlashCharge and 40W Wireless Charge. Despite its capabilities, the device measures just 7.99mm thin and weighs 191g, featuring a flat 6.31-inch display with ultra-narrow bezels framed in aerospace-grade aluminium. An IP68 and IP69 rating ensures durability across everyday environments.
The device ships with OriginOS 6, offering cross-platform productivity tools including the vivo Office Kit compatible with Windows, Mac and iPad, alongside a dedicated Private Space for enhanced security. vivo is also backing the X300 FE with five years of OS upgrades, seven years of security maintenance and a guaranteed five-year smooth experience.
Pre-orders in Singapore run from 25 May to 5 June 2026 across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok, as well as authorised retailers including Challenger, Best Denki, Courts, Harvey Norman, Gain City and Popular.
