vivo has unveiled the V70 in Singapore, featuring a ZEISS co-engineered camera system, AI photography tools, and long-lasting battery performance. The device targets content creators and travelers with advanced imaging, durability, and productivity features.

SINGAPORE, 124 APRIL 2026 – vivo has officially introduced the V70 smartphone in Singapore, positioning the device as a photography-centric companion designed for both stage performance and travel. Co-engineered with ZEISS, the V70 integrates advanced imaging capabilities, AI-driven editing tools, and a premium hardware design to appeal to content creators and everyday users alike.

At the core of the V70 is a 50MP ZEISS Super Telephoto Camera equipped with a large ultra-sensing sensor and optical image stabilization (OIS), enabling improved low-light performance and stable zoom photography. The periscope-style lens design supports higher zoom levels without increasing device bulk. The rear camera system is complemented by a 50MP main sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide lens, while a 50MP front-facing camera with autofocus is designed for high-quality selfies and group shots.

A standout feature is the new AI Stage Mode, which enhances long-distance photography by combining telephoto zoom with AI image optimization. The system supports up to 10x zoom for clearer stage captures, alongside ZEISS multifocal portrait options that simulate professional bokeh effects. For video, the V70 introduces 4K recording at 60 frames per second, offering smoother and more cinematic footage.

The device also brings a suite of AI-powered editing tools aimed at simplifying content creation. Features such as AI Magic Weather, AI Retouch, and AI Image Expander allow users to modify lighting conditions, remove unwanted elements, and enhance compositions directly on the device. AI Audio Noise Eraser further improves video output by filtering background noise during post-editing.

In terms of design, the V70 features an aerospace-grade aluminum alloy frame, ultra-thin bezels, and a 6.59-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone also incorporates a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for faster and more secure unlocking, even under challenging conditions. It is built with durability in mind, offering IP68 and IP69 water and dust resistance, along with enhanced drop protection.

Powering the device is a 6,500mAh battery supported by 90W fast charging, delivering extended usage and quick recharge times. Under the hood, the V70 uses LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.1 storage, paired with an upgraded cooling system for sustained performance during gaming and multitasking.

The smartphone runs on OriginOS 6, which introduces AI-driven productivity features such as real-time transcription, natural language search, and smart task management. Enhanced privacy controls, including a dedicated Private Space, are also integrated into the system.

The vivo V70 is now available in Singapore starting at S$799 for the 12GB+256GB variant. It comes in two color options, Golden Hour and Alpine Grey, and is available through major e-commerce platforms and authorized retailers. Customers will also receive complimentary gifts and extended warranty coverage as part of the launch promotion.
