Tue, Jun 25, 2013: Vietnamese has issued a new Decree 52/2013/ND-CP on May 16, 2013 to replace Decree 57/2006/ND-CP which will take effect on July 1, 2013. Under the new decree, any websites that offer e-commerce services need to register with Vietnam E-Commerce and Information Technology Agency (VECITA), Tuoitrenews reported.
