TP has been named the top Visionary Leader in the 2026 Frost Radar for Customer Experience Management Services in Asia-Pacific, earning the highest combined scores for innovation and growth. This recognition highlights the firm’s ongoing deployment of agentic AI, enterprise data capabilities, and scalable digital transformation solutions across regional markets.

SINGAPORE, 10 AUGUST 2026 – Global digital business services provider TP, formerly known as Teleperformance, has maintained its position as a Visionary Leader in the 2026 Frost Radar for Customer Experience Management Services in Asia-Pacific. TP achieved the highest combined innovation and growth score among 21 benchmarked providers evaluated from an initial pool of more than 200 companies.

The recognition comes as agentic artificial intelligence becomes a central differentiator across the regional customer experience sector. According to Frost & Sullivan, the Asia-Pacific customer experience market is projected to expand from 41.91 billion USD in 2024 to 52.57 billion USD by 2030. The analysis notes that the ability to deploy, govern, and continuously refine AI-enabled delivery models at scale is now the primary factor separating top-performing providers from the rest of the market.

Dave Rizzo, President and CEO for APAC at TP, stated that innovation and growth are increasingly interconnected across the region. He noted that the broader industry shift is moving from simple AI experimentation to full enterprise-scale deployment and governance. Through its TP.ai platform, the company brings together data orchestration and AI investments to guide clients through complete operational transformations.

The report highlights TP’s 100 million USD investment in artificial intelligence, expanded data service capabilities, and integration of AI tools across internal functions such as quality assurance, recruitment, training, and workforce management. In quality assurance, TP’s agentic tools enable full analysis across all customer transactions, standing in contrast to the traditional industry standard of sampling 2% to 3%.

Krishna Baidya, Vice President of ICT Research at Frost & Sullivan, observed that TP has moved beyond announcing AI capabilities to actively deploying them at production scale across Asia-Pacific. He added that the platform’s governance controls for regulated industries and market CEO structure enable TP to serve both mature and high-growth markets effectively.

Marking its eighth consecutive year as a growth and innovation leader in the regional benchmark, TP continues its transition from a scale-driven customer experience provider toward an AI-led digital services and transformation partner.
