Global digital business services leader TP is scaling its TP.ai Data Services capabilities across Asian markets, responding to rising enterprise demand for AI systems trained in local languages and compliant with regional data governance requirements. Recognised as Overall Data Analytics Platform of the Year at the 2026 Data Breakthrough Awards, TP’s end-to-end AI data solution spans eight Asian markets and delivers measurable business outcomes including up to 31% improvement in customer experience quality scores.

SINGAPORE, 27 MAY 2026 – Global digital business services leader TP, formerly known as Teleperformance, is significantly expanding its TP.ai Data Services capabilities across Asian markets as part of its Future Forward strategy, responding to accelerating enterprise demand for AI systems that are locally trained, culturally relevant and compliant with in-country data residency and governance requirements.

The announcement coincides with TP’s active participation at Asia Tech x Singapore 2026, where the company is delivering two sessions centred on its AI-led growth strategy. Assaf Tarnopolsky, Chief Business Development and Customer Officer for APAC, is joining a panel discussion titled The Enterprise AI Execution Challenge, focusing on the value of robust data preparation before AI deployment. Meanwhile, Michael Costevec, Head of Value Creation Office at TP APAC, and Jonathan Phang, CTO of TP APAC, are presenting a keynote on AI Orchestration in the World’s Most Complex Markets, exploring the evolution from AI operations to full AI orchestration.

TP.ai Data Services is designed as a comprehensive, end-to-end solution enabling enterprises to build, train and scale AI systems that are operationally resilient and deployment-ready across Asia’s diverse and fragmented markets. The company maintains a network of specialised AI practitioners across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Japan, South Korea and Vietnam, delivering services spanning data collection, validation, annotation, labelling, model evaluation, analytics operations and human-in-the-loop governance.

Dave Rizzo, APAC President of TP, noted that companies achieving real operational impact from AI in Asia are those investing in scalable data foundations, in-country execution and human expertise alongside the technology itself. One notable deployment saw TP.ai Data Services deliver customised warehouse video streams within just three weeks, annotated with detailed object labels and dimensional data to support real-time worker safety risk detection for a client.

TP’s data capabilities have earned global recognition, with the 2026 Data Breakthrough Awards naming its data analytics services Overall Data Analytics Platform of the Year. The recognition cited measurable business results, including up to 31% improvement in customer experience quality scores, up to 30% lift in sales conversions, up to 20% improvement in resource forecasting accuracy and up to 15% gains in workforce efficiency.

Beyond technology deployment, TP is equally focused on workforce readiness for an AI-led environment. Across APAC, the company continues to invest in AI upskilling programmes equipping employees with competencies in model evaluation, synthetic data, human-in-the-loop orchestration and AI governance, ensuring that enterprise AI adoption remains grounded in cultural understanding, operational oversight and real-world business outcomes.
