4 July 2024 – Tiong Nam Hospitality Group has officially ventured into the marina industry, adding a state-of-the-art marina to Pinetree Marina & Resort, Puteri Harbour. This strategic expansion represents a significant milestone for the Group, which has managed the 107-room resort since 2018.
The strategic location of Pinetree Marina offers seamless access to key Southeast Asian maritime routes, making it an ideal departure point for boaters from Phuket, Langkawi, Pangkor Island, Kota Kinabalu, and Singapore.
The newly established public marina features 76 berths, accommodating various vessels. As part of its expansion, the Group plans to introduce two additional categories: a Private Marina and a Mega Yacht Marina. These new facilities will provide modern, secure berths for a diverse range of boats, from small crafts to luxury yachts.

The berths are equipped with comprehensive 24-hour CCTV security systems and WiFi connectivity, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
