PENANG: Garwe Rowan, a Nigerian student admitted misusing RM4,850 from an Iranian student in an online banking scam which done on May 12 last year in Gelugor of Penang. Rowan was charged with committing the offence under Section 403 of the Penal Code and resulted will be jailed for 15 months and to be caned four times.
