Sophos Introduces Partner Care to Elevate Support for Channel Partners and MSPs

Sophos introduces Partner Care, a new offering within its global partner program, providing dedicated operational support to partners and MSPs, allowing them to focus on sales and delivering cybersecurity solutions. The initiative reinforces Sophos’ commitment to being “channel-best” and includes additional partner rewards and integrations to streamline customer environments.


23 February 2024 – Sophos, a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions, has unveiled Partner Care, a new offering within its global partner program aimed at providing dedicated support to partners and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Partner Care features a specialized team of Sophos experts available 24×7 to address non-sales related queries and offer operational support, allowing partners to focus on sales and delivering Sophos’ innovative portfolio of managed services and security solutions.

Kendra Krause, Senior Vice President of Global Channels and Small Business Sales at Sophos, emphasized the importance of minimizing administrative burdens for partners, allowing them to prioritize customer relationships and business growth. Partner Care reinforces Sophos’ commitment to being “channel-best” by offering conflict-free revenue opportunities, curated training, and advanced security solutions to defend against cyber threats.

The Partner Care offering provides partners with a single point of contact for various tasks, including quoting, navigating the partner portal, and addressing licensing queries, enabling them to enhance productivity and profitability, particularly when working with small and mid-market organizations.

Richard Wenger, Account Executive at Point Broadband LLC, a Sophos channel partner, hailed the introduction of Partner Care, highlighting its significant benefits in saving time and reducing costs associated with administrative tasks. Wenger emphasized the importance of minimizing disruptions to the sales cycle to focus on building customer relationships and serving as trusted advisors.

In addition to Partner Care, Sophos has introduced several enhancements to its global partner program, including an additional 5% reward for partners selling Sophos Managed Detection and Response (MDR) until March 31, 2024.

Sophos also provides partners and MSPs with real-time and historical threat intelligence from its Sophos X-Ops unit, enabling them to address customer concerns about ransomware, vulnerabilities, and attacks effectively. To further streamline customer environments, Sophos recently integrated Veeam into its MDR and XDR solutions.

The launch of Sophos Partner Care and other enhancements underscores Sophos’ ongoing commitment to supporting its partners and MSPs through its Global Partner Program.
