Dyna.Ai has closed an undisclosed eight-figure Series A round led by Lion X Ventures to accelerate deployment of its agentic AI solutions for regulated enterprises. The funding will support global expansion as demand grows for execution-focused AI in financial services.
SINGAPORE, 3 MARCH 2026 – Singapore-headquartered AI solutions provider Dyna.Ai has announced the close of an undisclosed eight-figure multimillion-dollar Series A funding round. The round was led by Lion X Ventures, a Singapore-based venture capital fund advised by OCBC Bank’s Mezzanine Capital Unit, with participation from ADATA, a Korean financial institution and a group of seasoned finance industry veterans.
The fresh capital will accelerate the deployment of Dyna.Ai’s agentic AI solutions, designed to help enterprises transition from experimental AI pilots to fully operational systems that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Founded in 2024, Dyna.Ai focuses on a Results-as-a-Service model, combining domain-specific expertise, AI agent builders and task-ready AI agents into enterprise-grade applications. These systems are built to execute defined workflows within regulated environments, ensuring governance, compliance and accountability. The company’s solutions are already live across global and regional banks as well as financial institutions in Asia, the Americas and the Middle East, streamlining operations and improving both customer and employee experiences.
The investment underscores rising investor confidence in execution-driven AI platforms, particularly as enterprises move beyond proof-of-concept phases toward operational deployment. Southeast Asia’s AI market is projected to exceed US$16 billion by 2033, with Singapore reinforcing its position as a regional AI hub through long-term public investment and responsible AI development initiatives.
Company leaders highlighted a deliberate strategy focused on solving specific operational bottlenecks rather than pursuing broad experimentation. Investors noted that as enterprise AI adoption matures, measurable outcomes and disciplined implementation are becoming key differentiators.
With new funding secured, Dyna.Ai aims to expand its presence across global enterprise and financial services markets, positioning its Singapore-built agentic AI platform as a scalable solution for regulated industries worldwide.
