RM50 Tax per Credit Card Waived After April 1, Says Report

KUALA LUMPUR, 24 March 2015 (Tue): The Association of Banks in Malaysia executive director Chuah Mei Lin said that RM50 Goverment service tax on the principal cardholder and RM25 on supplementary card will be abolished next month, according to The Star Online. However, the cardholder still need to pay the 6% Goods and Services Tax (GST) on the card’s annual fee.
