Rebecca PY MALAYSIA, 21 SEPTEMBER 2026 – Global technology company Rework.com, serving over one million users across 12,000 organizations, has officially launched its Agentic Operating System (Agentic OS) for Business at the Rework Launch 2026 event in Kuala Lumpur. Designed to move organizations beyond isolated AI experimentation, the platform connects people, AI agents, enterprise data, and operational processes within a single environment.
The platform introduces a paradigm shift in enterprise software design, moving away from legacy systems that rely solely on human manual execution. As artificial intelligence advances into executing tasks, Agentic OS enables a collaborative framework between human employees and AI agents to increase operational speed, reuse organizational knowledge, and build compounding intelligence over time.
This development arrives at a pivotal moment for Malaysia’s digital economy, following recorded digital investments of RM87.4 billion in 2025 by the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC). Despite these investments, local enterprises face an adoption gap, with research showing 67 percent of Malaysian AI adopters remain dependent on basic tools like chatbots, while only 19 percent maintain a formal strategy to scale AI across multiple business functions.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rework.com, Eric Pham, stated during the launch that the adoption gap among local businesses stems from a lack of integrated business infrastructure rather than a shortage of models or capital. He added that Agentic OS provides the shared environment necessary to convert individual AI usage into fully agentic organizational operations.
The platform architecture comprises an Intelligence Architecture layer supporting a multi-agent stack alongside pre-built Business Services spanning marketing, sales, work management, human resources, and internal communications. Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer Brian Trinh emphasized that the platform gives organizations a practical foundation to redesign how work is structured and executed alongside AI.
The launch event brought together approximately 150 senior corporate leaders in Kuala Lumpur, featuring product demonstrations and enterprise case studies. The Agentic OS for Business is now commercially available to Malaysian organizations.
