SINGAPORE, 28 JANUARY 2026 – Nutanix has announced that RE&S Enterprises, a leading Singapore-based Japanese food and beverage group, has modernised its core business systems by migrating key applications onto the Nutanix Cloud Platform. The move includes critical workloads such as enterprise resource planning, finance and production planning, enabling the company to improve system stability while laying the groundwork for advanced analytics and future AI-driven initiatives.
Prior to the migration, RE&S faced significant operational risks due to its reliance on physical servers, where a single hardware failure could disrupt multiple business-critical applications. With operations running seven days a week, system downtime posed a serious challenge to business continuity. By adopting Nutanix, RE&S gained a stable and scalable platform with a clear roadmap, allowing the company to grow without being locked into specific hardware.
Following the transition, RE&S achieved a 73% reduction in its hardware footprint by consolidating its physical server environment into a streamlined virtual infrastructure. The consolidation has also helped reduce operational overheads, including cooling and maintenance costs.
