RATIONAL will present its intelligent kitchen solutions through live cooking demonstrations and expert sessions at Singapore Expo from 21 to 24 April. The showcase will highlight how automation, connectivity and energy-efficient technology can transform professional kitchen operations.

SINGAPORE, 10 MARCH 2026 – Visitors to Singapore Expo Hall 2 from 21 to 24 April will have the opportunity to experience intelligent kitchen technologies in action as RATIONAL showcases its latest cooking systems and digital kitchen solutions at Booth 2B3-01.

The exhibition will feature live demonstrations, expert insights and interactive experiences designed to show how modern kitchen automation can improve productivity, food quality and operational efficiency in the food and hospitality industry.

One of the highlights will be live cooking demonstrations led by professional chefs, showcasing how RATIONAL’s intelligent cooking systems simplify everyday kitchen tasks while maintaining consistent culinary results. During the sessions, the iCombi Pro cooking system will be used to prepare popular Asian dishes such as Philippine Chicken Inasal and Indian Chicken Tikka.

According to Miguel Lamberti, Senior Vice President of RATIONAL Asia South & Pacific, the demonstrations aim to inspire industry professionals to rethink traditional kitchen processes and adopt smarter technologies that elevate standards across the food and beverage sector.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to sample whole roast dishes prepared through an eight-hour low-temperature cooking process that requires no supervision. The tasting sessions will take place daily at 3:30 p.m.

In addition to cooking demonstrations, RATIONAL will showcase the iCareSystem AutoDose, an automated cleaning solution designed to simplify kitchen maintenance. The system allows users to initiate cleaning at the touch of a button or schedule it automatically, eliminating the need to manually refill cleaning tabs while improving operational safety and efficiency.

Another key attraction will be the iVario Experience Island, where visitors can observe live cooking demonstrations that highlight improvements in productivity and precision. During daily demonstrations at 12:30 p.m., RATIONAL experts will present real-time data tracking that illustrates energy savings, reduced yield loss and time efficiency compared with traditional cooking methods.

The exhibition will also introduce visitors to ConnectedCooking, RATIONAL’s digital kitchen management platform. By connecting cooking systems through the platform, users can create and distribute cooking programs, monitor HACCP compliance and access remote service support.

Sustainability will be another focus of the showcase. Research conducted by Germany’s Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences indicates that RATIONAL cooking systems can help catering businesses reduce their environmental footprint while improving working conditions and food quality.

The company has also taken a step further by calculating the product carbon footprint of its equipment, making it one of the first manufacturers in the industry to provide customers with transparent sustainability data to support more informed investment decisions.

RATIONAL invites visitors and industry professionals to explore how intelligent cooking technology, automation and digital connectivity can shape the future of professional kitchens.
