Rebecca PY MALAYSIA, 7 JULY 2026 – Gravity Game Unite (GGU), the Malaysian subsidiary of global game company Gravity, has officially launched the second Open Beta Test (OBT2) for its PC MMORPG Ragnarok Zero: Global.
The second OBT runs from July 7, 2026 at 9:00 AM to July 15, 2026 at 7:59 AM Malaysian Time, and is available to players in Southeast Asia, Europe, and Oceania. GGU said the test builds on feedback from the first OBT, with improvements made to content quality, localisation and service stability.
During this phase, players can test several major new features. Get Poring is a linked game that lets players collect and nurture unique Porings, which can then be transferred into Ragnarok Zero: Global as pet companions. RO Factory is described as the first user-generated content system in Ragnarok history, allowing players to create custom cosmetic footprints and share them with the global community. MVP Raid introduces party-based raids against powerful MVP bosses, offering loot and quest-linked rewards.
According to GGU, Get Poring has generated strong interest, with the game receiving a high volume of inquiries from players keen to try the new pet companion feature. RO Factory has also seen strong demand, with its initial 100-participant capacity filled almost immediately after registrations opened. The company said it is working to open additional slots to accommodate the response.
A range of community events has been prepared to mark the second OBT. Players who complete pre-registration for both games will receive a Rare Poring Egg in Get Poring, while reaching the maximum level during OBT2 earns a Valhalla Pass for transferring nurtured Porings into Ragnarok Zero: Global. Daily attendance checks on the OBT2 website reward 20,000 Free Kafra Points per day, alongside level milestone rewards such as Wings of Fly and growth support items. A bug reporting event will also offer an Infinite Wings of Fly Box for valid submissions with screenshots, along with additional activities including social media spot checks and community surveys.
Players can take part immediately by registering on the official website and downloading the PC client, with pre-registration also currently open.
