March 27, 2014 (Thu): PricePanda yesterday launched its price comparison service in Thailand at www.pricepanda.co.th. According to the co-founder, Christian Schiller, 66 million inhabitants and a growing and increasingly affluent middle class Thailand has made them decided to launch the service in Thailand.
“As the number of online shops is constantly rising, customers need our support when looking for the right deal. Our goal is to create full transparency on products, prices and services to guide our users through the different offers by several e-commerce stores. But we also support the online shops as we redirect customers to their website and therefore help them to increase their sales. Now we want to kick off the transition of Thailand from a traditional offline market to a prosperous online community,” said Christian.
