Paydibs Partners with Alipay+ to Boost Cross-Border Payments for Malaysian SMEs

Paydibs has announced a strategic partnership with Alipay+, enabling merchants in Malaysia to accept payments from over 15 global e-wallets and bank apps. The move strengthens cross-border e-commerce opportunities for SMEs while positioning Malaysia as a hub for digital trade.


MALAYSIA, 4 SEPTEMBER 2025 – Paydibs, a long-established player in Malaysia’s digital payments industry, has partnered with Alipay+, the global wallet gateway under Ant International, to enhance cross-border payment acceptance for local merchants.

Through this collaboration, Paydibs merchants can now accept payments from more than 15 leading international e-wallets and banking apps in the Alipay+ ecosystem, including Alipay, GCash, and Kakao Pay. This integration empowers small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to serve international customers more effectively, opening new opportunities across Southeast Asia and beyond.

By enabling payments in local currencies and streamlining checkout processes, the partnership helps merchants reduce transaction friction and improve conversion rates. For SMEs, this translates into greater competitiveness and a stronger foothold in the digital economy.
