AUSTRALIA, 30 JUNE 2026 – Netradyne, a global provider of AI-powered safety and fleet performance technology, has announced a strategic partnership with Geosecure, an Australian specialist in fleet technology solutions.
The partnership combines Netradyne’s AI-driven edge intelligence with Geosecure’s local market knowledge and customer relationships, giving Australian fleets tools to improve safety outcomes, strengthen driver performance and gain more consistent operational insights.
AI-Powered Intervention for High-Risk Fleet Operations
Netradyne’s Driver-i platform analyses all drive time using AI, alerting drivers to risky behaviours such as speeding, tailgating and distracted driving in real time, before incidents occur. Rather than focusing primarily on violations, the company’s DriverStars programme recognises and reinforces proactive, safe driving habits as they happen, using real-time analysis and edge computing to reward consistent, responsible performance. According to Netradyne, fleets with higher DriverStar activity tend to see fewer risky behaviours, lower accident rates, stronger driver engagement and better retention of their safest drivers.
An optional DMS Sensor adds a further layer of protection by detecting early-stage signs of fatigue, including in low light or through sunglasses, before severe drowsiness develops. The platform also extends its intelligence to fuel management, ranking drivers on idling, fuel efficiency and behaviour data so they can see how they compare with peers, supported by a recognition-based rewards model.
Citing Australia’s National Road Safety Strategy, the companies noted that driver fatigue contributes to nearly 20% of fatal road crashes nationally. Netradyne’s next-generation DMS Sensor is designed to address this by detecting early-stage drowsiness and tracking micro-behaviours such as microsleeps, blink rates and eye closure patterns, triggering in-cab alerts before a situation becomes critical.
The companies said what differentiates Netradyne’s platform is its ability to recognise positive driving behaviour rather than focusing solely on risk, shifting the dynamic from surveillance toward recognition and helping foster a stronger safety culture among drivers.
Local Expertise Meets Global Technology
Geosecure, headquartered on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, serves as the preferred fleet technology partner for hundreds of clients across Australia, spanning transport and logistics, construction and mining, utilities and infrastructure, government and healthcare. The company brings over 50 years of combined team experience deploying complex fleet solutions for organisations ranging from local councils to national enterprises.
Durgadutt Nedungadi, Senior Vice President of Europe and APAC Business at Netradyne, said Australia represents a key growth market for the company given operating conditions that align closely with where its technology delivers the most value, adding that the Geosecure partnership strengthens Netradyne’s ability to scale locally.
Andrew Hutson, Founder of Geosecure, said the company is highly selective about the technology it supports, and that Netradyne stood out for actively helping prevent incidents rather than simply recording them, as well as for its approach to recognising good drivers. He said the partnership gives fleets the tools to intervene earlier and reduce serious incidents through proactive insight rather than relying solely on post-event footage.
