Mynt, Inc., the parent company behind GCash, has been named among the World Top Fintech Companies 2026 by CNBC and Statista under the Payments category. As the only Philippine firm featured on the global list, this recognition highlights the company’s impact on financial inclusion and digital payments nationwide.

The Philippines, 13 AUGUST 2026 – Mynt, Inc., the parent company of the Philippines top finance super app GCash, has achieved global recognition after being named in the CNBC and Statista list of World Top Fintech Companies 2026. Listed in the Payments category, Mynt stands as the sole Philippine company included in the prestigious international ranking.

The annual list, compiled by CNBC and German data platform Statista, evaluated 500 leading companies based on key performance indicators alongside extensive research. The selection places Mynt alongside global digital payment and financial giants, including Visa, Ant Group, PayPal, Mastercard, GoTo, and Grab Financial Holdings.

Mynt president and chief executive officer Martha Sazon expressed pride in representing the country on the international stage, noting that the recognition reflects the strength of Filipino innovation and the trust of millions of daily GCash users.

The inclusion highlights how homegrown technological solutions can address local challenges and expand access to financial services.
