MyEG Services Bhd has partnered with Credit Bureau Malaysia to offer MySCoRE credit reports on the MyEG portal, providing users with comprehensive financial information to support various needs without additional charges. This partnership aims to enhance accessibility to critical credit data for better financial planning.
3 July 2024 – MyEG Services Bhd (KL: MYEG) announced its collaboration with Credit Bureau Malaysia Sdn Bhd (CBM) to introduce a self-check service for individual credit reports. This new service will integrate CBM’s MySCoRE on the MyEG portal, allowing users to easily access their credit reports.
In a statement on Wednesday, MyEG explained that this service is similar to their existing partnership with CTOS, enabling users to obtain their MySCoRE credit reports directly through the MyEG portal. The process, service, and fees for acquiring a credit score report from CBM via MyEG will be identical to those on the CBM website, with no additional charges.
Users accessing MySCoRE credit reports will receive a comprehensive overview of their financial standing. The report includes details such as individual credit scores, central credit reference information system (CCRIS) data, trade credit references, litigation information, and more. This information can support loan applications, monitor credit health, aid in financial planning, and enhance prospects for securing better rental or job opportunities.
Wong Thean Soon, MyEG group managing director, stated that by hosting CBM’s credit report and score services, MyEG is enhancing the range of options available to its users. This integration makes it easier for individuals to access vital financial and credit information to make informed decisions and plan effectively.
Leong Weng Choong, CBM chief executive officer, commented on the partnership, saying: “Partnering with MyEG allows us to reach a broader audience and provide our trusted credit report and score services through a highly reputable platform.”
