Motorola Chooses VTEX and PayU to Elevate Digital Commerce Experience in India

Motorola India has partnered with VTEX, the global digital commerce platform, to enhance its digital-first strategy and strengthen its direct-to-consumer (D2C) approach. Leveraging VTEX’s responsive platform and a collaboration with PayU, Motorola has implemented affordability schemes and streamlined payment methods, experiencing exceptional growth and doubling its business every month since going live in July 2022.

5 December 2023 – Motorola India has selected VTEX, the global enterprise digital commerce platform, to reinforce its digital-first approach and bolster its direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategy. Through this collaboration, Motorola now offers customers a range of functionalities, including affordability schemes, free delivery, log-in via email OTP, and payment on delivery, enhancing the overall online shopping experience.

India’s leading online payment solutions provider, PayU, is collaborating with VTEX to provide over 100 payment options to local merchants. This unique integration grants seamless access to PayU’s payment gateway solutions, EMI options, refunds, and payment methods such as UPI, net banking, BNPL, credit, and debit cards. Motorola aims to simplify payment methods for merchants leveraging the VTEX digital commerce platform.

Motorola highlighted VTEX’s responsive platform for its ease of use, customization options, and built-in SEO features. The platform has empowered Motorola to gather analytics insights, establish a direct connection with consumers, and implement affordability schemes through VTEX’s offer engine with payment gateway partners. Since going live in July 2022, Motorola has reported exceptional growth, doubling its business every month for the initial three months, thus realizing its global digital vision.
