Terry KS AUSTRALIA, 10 SEPTEMBER 2026 – Hexnode, the enterprise software division of Mitsogo, unveiled Hexnode Synapse at its annual HexCon26 user conference, introducing an agentic orchestration layer engineered to turn system events and routine IT requests into coordinated, governed operations.
The launch addresses operational friction across the ASEAN region, where recent research indicates that one in five employees spends over seven hours per week moving information between disconnected software applications.
Hexnode Founder and Chief Executive Officer Apu Pavithran noted during the conference that routine enterprise tasks involve multiple systems, such as onboarding new personnel across human resources, identity, and hardware endpoint databases. He stated that manual handoffs slow down response times and complicate resolution tracking, whereas Synapse coordinates autonomous agents, approvals, and system actions across different tools through a single event trigger.
The platform operates using specialist artificial intelligence agents running within administrator-defined guardrails. Initial rollouts include a Device Agent for patch management and configuration, an Identity Agent for access lifecycle management, and a Threat Agent for alert triage and containment. Organizations can also build custom agents for proprietary workflows and internal knowledge sources.
To maintain human oversight, actions outside routine operational guardrails—such as endpoint isolation or privilege changes—are routed to designated personnel for approval. All execution steps, triggers, and decisions are recorded in a centralized Execution Centre for simplified audit exports. At launch, Hexnode Synapse supports native integration with tools including ServiceNow, Zendesk, Microsoft Entra ID, and BambooHR, alongside Hexnode’s existing UEM, XDR, and IdP suites. An invite-only trial program will open later this year.
