This prestigious event underscores MDEC’s strategic efforts to position Malaysia as a leading digital investment hub in Southeast Asia and a key participant in the global digital economy.
Leading a delegation of 15 prominent Malaysian technology companies—such as OmniNexus, Codon Genomics, ProximaX Malaysia, and others—MDEC aims to highlight the country’s advanced digital infrastructure and innovation capabilities. This initiative is expected to generate RM300 million in export opportunities within the MENA and GCC regions, significantly boosting Malaysia’s presence in these vital markets.
Alongside promoting Malaysia’s cutting-edge tech companies, MDEC will explore opportunities to strengthen bilateral trade relations with Dubai, focusing on collaboration within the region’s expanding tech ecosystems.
