MALAYSIA, 6 NOVEMBER 2026 – LogicMonitor, developer of an AI-first platform for Autonomous IT, has restructured its core platform packaging to embed Edwin AI and LogicMonitor Digital Experience across every tier. By integrating full digital experience monitoring and internet health tracking alongside automated operations, the update allows enterprise IT teams to directly correlate end-user experience with backend infrastructure signals.
As corporate IT environments increasingly move toward autonomous operations, the tools required to implement AI often remain siloed across disparate licensing models and standalone utilities. LogicMonitor aims to address this fragmentation by establishing intelligent event analysis and end-to-end visibility as standard baseline capabilities rather than optional add-ons.
Garth Fort, Chief Product Officer at LogicMonitor, noted that modern technology departments require an integrated operational framework rather than disconnected observability products with superficial AI integrations. He stated that the new packages combine LogicMonitor Envision, Digital Experience, and Edwin AI into a unified architecture with built-in allocations that scale according to business needs, ensuring human administrators retain governed control over automated workflows.
The rollout builds on the company’s Hybrid Unit consumption model introduced in late 2025, which offers a flexible measurement metric across evolving hybrid IT footprints. The company reported the adoption of over 826,000 Hybrid Units to date, with more than 90 percent of new enterprise and managed service provider clients opting for platform-based pricing.
The restructured lineup is divided into three functional tiers:
LM Essentials targets teams seeking faster troubleshooting, providing cross-hybrid visibility paired with AI assistance. It provides 20 AI Credits and 100 Synthetics Points per Hybrid Unit, backed by 120 days of data retention.
LM Advanced focuses on operational consistency through predictive insights and governed automation, delivering 75 AI Credits and 250 Synthetics Points per Hybrid Unit alongside 13 months of synthetic storage.
LM Signature caters to complex enterprise deployments requiring service-centric operations and advanced autonomy, including 150 AI Credits, 500 Synthetics Points per Hybrid Unit, and three years of retained data.
All packages include support for AI agents, event intelligence, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) drawing from a unified credit allowance. The new tiers are currently available globally.
