SINGAPORE, 5 OCTOBER 2026 – Identity security and Privileged Access Management provider Keeper Security has announced the release of its new Keeper Security Freshservice Workflow App, connecting vault and privileged access approvals directly to existing helpdesk ticketing infrastructure.
The integration enables IT agents to search Keeper content, configure permissions, and fulfill access requests—including Endpoint Privilege Manager and Cloud SSO device approvals—without navigating away from Freshservice tickets. By keeping approval decisions within the ticketing interface, the solution eliminates traditional workflow bottlenecks and prevents access decisions from taking place across unrecorded communication channels like email or messaging apps.
Every action triggered through the integration executes via a customer-hosted Keeper Commander ServiceMode endpoint. This design ensures that Keeper maintains its zero-trust and zero-knowledge encryption controls without storing sensitive credentials inside the IT Service Management platform.
Craig Lurey, Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of Keeper Security, stated that processing approvals through customer-owned infrastructure ensures the cryptographic boundary remains inside Keeper, preventing the expansion of attack surfaces when linking ticketing systems.
Darren Guccione, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Keeper Security, highlighted that integrating access management directly into trusted ticketing platforms maintains zero standing privilege and preserves full audit control, which is becoming increasingly critical as access requests expand across both human and machine identities.
The Keeper Security Freshservice Workflow App is currently available on the Freshworks Marketplace for organizations operating an active Keeper Commander deployment.
