The Keeper SaaS Connector directly links SailPoint’s platform to KeeperPAM, enabling automated control over user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access entitlements across enterprise networks.
For many Malaysian enterprises, identity governance and privileged access management have traditionally operated in silos. Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms manage access approvals and compliance, while PAM platforms enforce secure, just-in-time access to privileged credentials stored in zero-knowledge encrypted vaults. Without an automated bridge between these systems, access decisions require manual entry, increasing the risk of human error and leaving leftover credentials when roles change or employees leave. Keeper’s research indicates that 96 percent of senior IT leaders view disconnected security tools as a source of exploitable gaps, while 64 percent operate without fully consolidated access governance.
The integration automates the assignment of roles, vault provisioning, shared folder access, and administrative permissions directly from SailPoint into Keeper. Organisations can customize access permissions without exposing credentials to SailPoint, upholding Keeper’s zero-knowledge security architecture. Every access decision, modification, and revocation is automatically recorded across both platforms to create a unified audit trail.

He stated that bridging the gap between identity governance and privileged access management for both human and non-human identities addresses a critical security vulnerability for enterprises.
The platform carries certifications including FedRAMP High and FIPS 140-3, supporting compliance standards for account management and credential control. Scheduled SailPoint access reviews can now automatically evaluate privileged credentials and non-human identities managed by Keeper, simplifying auditing processes for regulated industries.
