Just 29% Malaysian Online Shoppers Satisfy With Goods Purchased Online

Oct 13, 2013 (Sun): According to the recent Rakuten Smart Shopper Survey conducted among 2,000 consumers including 490 from Malaysia in May 2013, only 29 per cent of Malaysian online shoppers were satisfied with the goods they bought online over the last 12 months, Malay Mail reported.

The report reveals that 48 per cent said Malaysian online shoppers were unsatisfied with their online purchases because the products they bought looked different from what they were advertised as. Meanwhile, 29 per cent of them said their dissatisfaction was caused by the poor quality of the products
