Infobip launches AI Hub, an extensive AI overhaul, enabling businesses to create end-to-end conversational customer experiences effortlessly. The platform integrates advanced analytics, AI, and generative AI features, supporting digital transformation and personalized customer journeys for marketing, sales, and support. In collaboration with Microsoft, the AI Hub incorporates OpenAI’s ChatGPT model, ensuring secure language models and reinforcing Infobip’s strategy to become a conversational ecosystem.

18 December 2023 – Global cloud communications platform Infobip has introduced AI Hub, a comprehensive artificial intelligence (AI) overhaul of its platform, aimed at assisting businesses in creating seamless end-to-end conversational experiences throughout the entire customer journey. The AI Hub integrates advanced analytics, AI, and generative AI features into Infobip’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) portfolio, empowering businesses to build tailored conversational customer journeys for marketing, sales, and support without the need for coding knowledge.

In collaboration with Microsoft, Infobip leveraged generative AI within its customer engagement suite, incorporating OpenAI’s ChatGPT model through Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service into its AI Hub. This ensures secure language models, isolated from external threats, providing enhanced conversational experiences while safeguarding customer data.

The AI Hub enables organizations to create personalized customer experiences using generative AI and advanced analytics, supporting conversational transformation across various customer interactions. Businesses can utilize the AI Hub to enhance customer engagement, increase conversions, optimize marketing campaigns, and build loyalty through smart nurture programs. The platform offers a range of capabilities, including AI copilots, campaign creation, customer loyalty programs, AI client insights, agent assistance, and chatbot development with virtual agents.
