The Omdia Universe: CPaaS Platform Providers 2023-24 report, a comprehensive analysis of the CPaaS market, acknowledges Infobip as a leader for the second consecutive year, highlighting the company’s consistently high performance and innovative approach.
Infobip has emerged as a leader or equal leader in three out of the 12 categories assessed in the Omdia Universe, demonstrating its strength and capabilities across various market priorities. Notably, Infobip scored a minimum of 10 points above the average in all but three categories, showcasing excellence in connectivity services, geographic coverage, partnerships and ecosystem, APIs, value-added services and solutions, and go-to-market strategy. The company’s outstanding performance is underscored by its significant lead, with a minimum of 20 points above the average in key areas.
Scoring an impressive 88% on the solution capability leader board, Infobip secures an equal second position overall. The company maintains an average score of 83.9% across strategy and innovation, market momentum, and vendor execution, further solidifying its standing in the CPaaS market.
