IBPO Group Berhad and TIME dotCom Berhad have partnered to enhance data security in the fusion financial sector, integrating IBPO’s Fusion Financial System and ANIKA chatbot into Time’s secure network. The partnership emphasizes robust data security, scalable cloud hosting, and excellent broadband services.


16 May 2024 – In a significant move to strengthen data security in the fusion finance sector, IBPO Group Berhad (“IBPO”), a leading fusion financial company, has entered into a strategic partnership with TIME dotCom Berhad (“Time”), one of Malaysia’s prominent telecommunications providers. The collaboration aims to fortify data security measures through the integration of IBPO’s innovative Fusion Financial System and ANIKA, Malaysia’s first AI-powered virtual financial consultant chatbot, into Time’s secure network environment.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony, held last week, was attended by key representatives from both IBPO and Time, including Feruz Satar, Head of Contact Centre at IBPO, and Tan Hooi Siang, Head of Enterprise Sector at Time. The collaboration underscores a commitment to implementing stringent data security protocols and leveraging advanced technology to safeguard customer information and privacy in the rapidly evolving fusion finance landscape.
