The integration connects Hexnode UEM with ServiceNow Incident Management, empowering enterprises to accelerate incident resolution and enhance overall IT agent productivity.

Building on this foundation, the new integration establishes a two-way connection that centralizes critical endpoint management functions directly within the IT service workflow.

It offers centralized device data by automatically syncing device and user details from Hexnode UEM directly into ServiceNow’s Configuration Management Database, giving IT teams the visibility needed to resolve issues faster. It also enables faster, smarter ticketing, allowing IT technicians to raise and associate incident tickets with specific devices directly within ServiceNow Incident Management.
In addition, the integration supports actionable workflows, letting admins execute immediate endpoint remediation actions such as device locks and app installations straight from the ServiceNow AI Platform, so security teams can respond to threats without delay. It further provides comprehensive incident visibility, giving IT staff a complete, real-time view of all current and past ServiceNow incidents linked to a device, accessible within the Hexnode UEM portal.
