Oct 4, 2013 (Fri): GoDaddy has announced its acquisition of Ronin, an online invoicing company without disclosed the deal terms. The acquisition was done quietly in April this year.
After the acquisition, Godaddy has combined Ronin with its Outright.com which helps small businesses track their income, expenses and taxes, into GoDaddy Online Bookkeeping. The Godaddy Online Bookkeeping will provide a full-service solution for any small business looking to simplify and organize their finances and get back to business.
