Godaddy Acquires A Web Hosting and Cloud Services Firm

Oct 16, 2013 (Wed): Godday has announced its acquisition of Media Temple or (mt), a Los Angeles-based Web hosting and cloud services company focused on the creative class of digital designers, developers, entrepreneurs and innovators. The deal terms were not disclosed.

After acquisition, (mt) will continue to operate independently. GoDaddy will share knowledge and insight on how GoDaddy can better serve web professionals and developers as well as providing scale and investment for (mt) to accelerate its growth and further expansion. Currently, (mt) is servicing over 125,000 customers in 100 countries.
