A report by Booz Allen Hamilton, a multinational management and technology consulting firm revealed that global e-commerce is increasing 13.5 per cent per year and the e-commerce transaction volume is projected to hit US$1.25 trillion (RM3.8 trillion) annually in 2013. The report also shows over US$3 trillion (RM9.21 trillion) of foreign exchange transactions are conducted online every day.
