GIBO Holdings Unveils AIOS: The AI Operating System Set to Revolutionise Short Drama Production

Rebecca PY 2 days ago
GIBO Holdings Limited has introduced AIOS, an AI-native operating system designed to power the full lifecycle of AI-generated short-form drama content. The platform builds on its earlier GIBO WATCH framework and aims to unify content creation, distribution, analytics, and monetisation into one integrated ecosystem.

MALAYSIA, 25 JUNE 2026 – NASDAQ-listed GIBO Holdings Limited is making a bold move in the AI content space with the unveiling of AIOS, short for Artificial Intelligence Operating System, a next-generation platform architecture engineered to support every stage of AI-generated narrative content production.

The announcement signals a significant strategic shift for the company, which operates an integrated AIGC animation streaming platform serving over 83 million registered users across Asia. Rather than relying on standalone AI tools, GIBO is building what it describes as a unified production ecosystem capable of handling content creation, management, distribution, audience analytics, intellectual property management, and creator collaboration all under one roof.

At the heart of this vision is the belief that the short-form drama industry is ripe for disruption through AI-native production, a model where narrative content is generated computationally rather than through conventional filming processes.

The foundation of AIOS is not being built from scratch. GIBO has positioned GIBO WATCH, a framework introduced earlier in 2026, as the first operational layer of the broader AIOS architecture. GIBO WATCH was developed to tackle one of the most persistent challenges in AI-generated video production: maintaining continuity, contextual consistency, and quality control at scale. Its suite of technologies includes a Context-Retention Engine, Version Control and Collaboration System, Automated QA Engine, UGC Moderation Tools, and a Multi-Modal Workspaces Engine.

The company now frames GIBO WATCH not as a standalone product but as a critical building block within the expanding AIOS platform.

Looking ahead, GIBO intends to roll out a series of announcements detailing specific infrastructure modules within AIOS, covering areas such as AI-assisted content creation, production management, audience intelligence, and commercialisation capabilities tailored for the short drama market.

Management believes that by lowering production barriers and enabling faster content iteration cycles, AIOS has the potential to contribute to the growth of a wider AI-driven content economy. The company sees today’s announcement as laying the strategic groundwork for investors and industry stakeholders to better appreciate the scope of its long-term platform ambitions.
