Frasers Hospitality has strengthened its partnership with Adyen to implement the fintech platform’s single-platform solution across its global properties. The collaboration aims to enhance payment processes, providing guests with diverse payment options and streamlining operations for Frasers Hospitality. Adyen’s solution integrates with third-party providers, optimizing operations and reducing complexity for the global hospitality operator.


6 January 2024 – Global hospitality operator Frasers Hospitality has solidified its collaboration with Adyen, a leading financial technology platform, to implement Adyen’s comprehensive single-platform fintech solution across all Frasers Hospitality properties. The strategic partnership covers locations in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and throughout Europe.

Having initiated their collaboration in 2021, Frasers Hospitality fully deployed Adyen’s platform across its properties last year. The fintech solution aims to enhance payment processes, streamlining guest check-ins, check-outs, and transactions at food and beverage outlets managed by Frasers Hospitality. The platform offers diverse payment options, including credit cards, Alipay, WeChat, UnionPay, and GrabPay.

Mark Chan, Chief Operating Officer at Frasers Hospitality, emphasized the significance of delivering a seamless experience to guests. He stated, “Adyen not only delivers a seamless journey to our guests but also simplifies back-of-house reconciliation for our operational teams.” The partnership aligns with Frasers Hospitality’s commitment to providing guests with a “home away from home” experience.

In addition to facilitating various payment options, Adyen integrates with third-party providers, including property management systems. This integration enables hotel operators to match payment data with occupancy data, allowing Frasers Hospitality to adjust operations based on occupancy rates.

Adyen’s solution optimizes the 24/7 operations of Frasers Hospitality by automating processes, eliminating the need for manual tasks during night audits. The platform ensures that information is automatically recorded into the system after each transaction, streamlining operations and reducing complexity for Frasers Hospitality.

Soon Yean Lee, Adyen Malaysia Country Manager, highlighted the support provided to Frasers Hospitality in managing operations across different properties.
