Terry KS Mon, May 13, 2013: Facebook is working toward acquisition over Waze at between US$800 million and US$1 billion, reports The Telegraph. The report suggests Facebook began negotiating with Waze six months ago and is now in advanced due diligence on a deal.
Waze is the world’s fastest-growing community-based traffic and navigation app. According to The Telegraph, Waze has around 44 million users, 12 million of which are in the US.
