Epson has launched its award-winning Lifestudio Pop and Flex portable projectors in Southeast Asia, combining compact design, powerful visuals and smart features for mobile lifestyles. The new series targets digital nomads and hybrid users seeking flexible, big-screen entertainment anywhere.

MALAYSIA, 28 JANUARY 2026 – Epson has announced the upcoming launch of its new Lifestudio series of portable lifestyle projectors in Southeast Asia, expanding its lineup to meet the needs of modern, mobile consumers. The range includes the Lifestudio Pop (EF-61G, EF-62N) and Lifestudio Flex (EF-71, EF-72), offering compact designs that deliver big-screen visuals and immersive sound for use at home, at work, or on the move. The series has also been recognised with the 2025 Good Design Award, with Lifestudio Pop named among the top 100 products for its minimalist aesthetic.

Designed for digital nomads and hybrid professionals, the Lifestudio projectors weigh under 4kg, with the Lifestudio Pop models as light as 1.6kg for easy portability. The Lifestudio Flex series features a rotating design that allows projection onto walls or ceilings without rearranging furniture, while the EF-72 model integrates projection, ambient lighting and wireless speaker functions into a single lamp-inspired device. The EF-72 can also be powered by a USB Type-C mobile battery, enabling use in locations without fixed power sources.

Performance-wise, the Lifestudio series is powered by Epson’s Triple Core Engine with 3LCD technology, delivering up to 1,000 lumens of colour and white brightness for vivid, lifelike visuals without rainbow effects. Built-in stereo speakers with Sound by Bose technology provide room-filling audio, while Google TV enables direct access to streaming services and personalised content recommendations. Smart features such as auto screen adjustment, keystone correction, wall colour adjustment and obstacle avoidance further enhance ease of use.

To support flexible placement, the Lifestudio Flex models are compatible with the ELPFS01 floor stand, offering adjustable heights without the need for mounting. Epson has also introduced the Epson Projection Studio app for iOS and Android, allowing users to turn gatherings into interactive experiences by sharing photos, comments and emojis on the big screen in real time.

The Epson Lifestudio Pop and Flex projectors are available in Malaysia at prices ranging from RM2,989 to RM5,099, with promotional offers worth up to RM510 through authorised dealers, including Epson’s official stores on Shopee and Lazada.
