15 May 2024 – Epson, a renowned global technology provider, has inaugurated its first Solution Center in Kuching, Sarawak. This cutting-edge facility is designed to promote collaboration among customers, partners, and industry experts, fostering an environment for innovative solution exploration. The opening ceremony was officiated by Mr. Sih Hua Tong, Commissioner of Kuching North City Hall.
The new Epson Solution Center underscores the company’s strong commitment to the Malaysian market and its pursuit of innovation and sustainability. This hub will facilitate engagement with the local community through seminars, workshops, and strategic partnerships.
During the launch event, Epson introduced its latest product, the WorkForce Enterprise AM-Series A4 Models. These compact, energy-efficient business inkjet printers represent a significant leap in office printing technology, aligning with Epson’s global strategy to phase out laser printers in favor of more sustainable solutions.
