Oct 30, 2013 (Wed): The Thai E-Commerce Association predicts the local e-commerce market will grow by at least 30% in 2013 from THB 119.64 billion (RM12.13 billion) last year, Bangkok Post reports. The key drivers of the growth are the presence of 3G, the expansion of e-marketplaces. The association will host a Thailand Online Mega Sale from 26 Nov until 3 Dec 2013 involving more than 500 websites offering discounts of up to 80 per cent.
