Donahoe says PayPal may get a payments license in China
Thu, Jun 20, 2013: John Donahoe, the CEO of eBay Inc. is confident that eBay’s PayPal will be the first foreign company to be awarded a payments license in China. However, the process may take months or years for PayPal to achieve that through a joint venture with a domestic company, Reuters reported.
