Dmall is driving retail digital transformation in Southeast Asia through its integrated operating platform, with Cold Storage Singapore as a key deployment milestone. The system enhances efficiency, visibility and AI-driven decision-making across retail operations.

SINGAPORE, 5 MAY 2026 – As retailers across Southeast Asia navigate increasing operational complexity, evolving consumer expectations and tightening margins, demand is rising for integrated, real-time retail systems. Dmall Inc. is responding to this need with a unified retail operating platform designed to connect core business functions and improve execution across the value chain.

The platform integrates store operations, merchandising and supply chain processes, enabling retailers to gain real-time visibility and streamline decision-making. As one of China’s largest retail digital solutions providers by revenue and gross merchandise volume, Dmall serves nearly 600 clients across 11 countries and regions, with deployments spanning major retail groups such as Wumart Group, Metro, Lawson, 7-Eleven South China and SM Group.

A recent collaboration with Cold Storage Singapore marks a significant milestone in Southeast Asia. Completed within seven months, the project digitised operations across 87 stores spanning supermarket, hypermarket and express formats. The rollout consolidated multiple legacy systems into a single platform, improving coordination across supply chain, merchandising and store management.

Early results from the implementation indicate improved product availability and replenishment, supported by enhanced visibility across store networks and logistics operations. The platform has also contributed to more consistent in-store execution and a more reliable customer experience.

Looking ahead, the partnership will expand further, with plans to extend the platform into fuel and convenience store formats by June 2026. The next phase will also introduce AI-driven capabilities to optimise inventory management, freshness control and overall operational efficiency.

According to Dmall’s leadership, Southeast Asia represents both a high-growth and highly complex retail environment. By combining operational integration with artificial intelligence, the company aims to help retailers build more scalable, adaptive and data-driven business models.
